  2. Exception for Mistakes: We acknowledge that errors, though rare, can occur. In cases where a mistake is made on our part, such as incorrect item delivery or significant quality issues not attributable to shipping or handling, we are committed to rectifying our error. Our remediation may include a replacement of the arrangement at no additional cost or other compensatory actions, such as store credit, depending on the nature of the mistake and the customer’s preference.

Procedure for Reporting Issues

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your order through our Refund Request form. You will be asked to provide your order number, contact information, and a detailed description of the issue, including photos if applicable.

  3. Resolution: We will communicate our decision and next steps within 72 hours of your initial contact. Our aim is always to ensure your satisfaction within the constraints of our policies.

Please note that our ability to offer replacements or other forms of compensation is contingent upon the timely reporting of issues as outlined above. Claims made beyond 48 hours after delivery may not be eligible for consideration.
